
Do you do anything special in your business around the 4th quarter?
September has always been sacred for me.
It was sacred before I knew that it should be sacred. LOL
September exists as a part of a practice I started many years ago when I owned my first business. A brick-and-mortar business.
I do this every 4th quarter.
One of the practices I put in place is to begin planning my new year.
So when you read this I will be referring to 2025 as my new year.
I say that September is sacred because as I began to study deeper outside the realm of a business, into my spirituality and my relationship with God,
I learned it was relatively close to the beginning of the year in the Hebrew calendar.
I would have never known how in alignment my September planning for the New Year was.
We celebrate the New Year on the Gregorian calendar as January.
This type of alignment, in many life areas, happened for me as I started going within.
Not looking outside of me at all the forever-changing trends on social and what everyone outside of me thinks
But tapping more into who I’m being. Checking in with what’s aligned.
Focusing on what makes things work from an internal space.
Looking at things more holistically.
This is why I will always take a Holistic approach to business building when supporting my clients in their Growth.
Planning for the New Year in the 4th quarter was something I felt led to do.
So, for so many reasons, September is sacred.
You may have seen me share a post on social if we’re connected on any platform, like Renew Full Circle Consulting about September being sacred.
I guess this will give you some insight into why I say September is Sacred.
Here is one thing I do for my business around the 4th quarter of every year.
I go back and look at my business activities through the first 3 quarters to see what no longer serves how my brand and business are evolving. Of course, some of this activity is a collective of things done over the previous years.
This allows me to reconnect with my Brand and collectively see what makes up my brand.
What’s working, what’s flowing, and what needs improvement?
As I was going through my practice this year, I thought I would share a few things you can do for your business as you begin to close out this year.
Now,
I don’t want you to think you should throw in the towel and forget any goals you may have made for 2024.
We still have an entire quarter to go.
A lot of amazing things can happen with so much time left in the year.
But if you want to get a panoramic view and begin to determine what your 2025 will be,
I’m going to share a few impactful tips.
A few things you can do.
Here are some tips for the 4th Quarter
#1 Think about where you want your business to be in 2025.
- It may include how much Time Freedom you desire
- income goals you may have
- who you may need to hire
- people you want to connect or collaborate with
What would be ideal for you in 2025
#2 Look through the activities you’ve done throughout 2024. Maybe even a few years back.
Which ones aren’t producing the type of prosperity and fulfillment you desire?
Begin thinking about your business and what the first 90 days of the beginning of the year will look like for you.
#3 Get clear on what a great year will look like.
So many people are random in their business. Random always means random results. Now I don’t believe in being rigid in your business. There should always be room for inspiration, creativity, and tapping into supernatural help. The feminine aspects of business.
But all of that feminine activity needs masculine containers and structure, That should be at least 20% of your business. These are the systems and things that keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
This planning time is that!
As I was doing my process in my business for the 4th quarter end of the year (or beginning (SMILE) ), I realized that I have so many Master Classes and online Webinars/Workshops I’ve done over the years that I don’t host live anymore.
I may have hosted the class through a webinar a few times and may have offered a replay. Afterward, I never made it available on my website for continued purchase.
I facilitated them for the people who came and participated in the Master Classes and stored them in my computer files.
As I was doing what I do for my business at the end of each year, preparing for the next year, I realized that so many of those workshops and master classes are of extreme value.
I’ve been taking my time to find those courses and have them put on landing pages, making them accessible for self-study and download to the public.
I have three digital downloadable workshops, Master Classes, and courses that are currently prepared and available now.
I’ll be adding more as I go along.

I just finished upgrading the workbook to a digital self-study workshop fitting for this fourth-quarter exercise, called Becoming More.
