 I previously owned a brick-and-mortar, service-based business and went through the 2008 recession as a business owner. I had at least 7 employees at that time.

It was during that season that I learned a strategy that caused us to not only survive the economic downturn of that time but to THRIVE.

I fully remodeled my facility and brought on five more team members. We earned more revenue in a two-year time frame than we had in the previous three to four years during what was deemed a down economy.

That one strategy was a shift in my thinking that led to several other strategies.
