- This opportunity begins with an assessment call that is approximately 75 minutes virtual face-to-face. This gives an opportunity to understand more about your brand, your vision, and any concerns or desires you may have where hiring is concerned. You will leave with some strategy and assigned task to prepare for our next call.
- You will receive monthly coaching and consulting sessions with Tanya.
This will include two per month.
One hour-long virtual face-to-face session and one 30-minute phone call.
This will repeat each month for three months. A total of 3 private hour long Virtual face to face sessions and three 30-minute sessions by phone throughout the 90-day time frame In addition to your initial assessment call.
- As part of this program, you receive unlimited E-Digital coaching via email, available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Responses are within 24 to 48 hours.
- Tanya may send voice notes to support your coaching as part of the digital coaching.
