After my first year of hiring and learning to hire differently, I created a stellar hiring system that allowed me to employ up to 12 staff members when we were fully staffed, have my best running team that stayed with me for more than half of the decade we were open, and create our biggest profit years ever.

This is an in-depth 3-5 hour, face-to-face virtual Intensive where I work directly with you to build a custom hiring system and interview process. In some instances, we’re able to split it into two consecutive days.’
We will map out your entire process—from job description to final interview—so you can attract, screen, and select the best candidates as a part of our custom 7 Step action plan.

A comprehensive, turn-key strategy to navigate the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing great talent to selection.

How long is the 3D Hiring Intensive?
- This is a virtual VIP Day. It is a 3-5-hour virtual intensive.
- It also includes an additional 30 days of e-Coaching, where you can ask further questions that may arise as you flesh out the concepts for your hiring system and interview process.
- You will receive a follow-up call around the 30-day mark after your intensive.

2 Pay option: 2 payments of $2750 . The second payment recurs three weeks after your initial payment.
3 pay option: 3 payments of $1833 in biweekly installments.
